Download my data
You can get a copy of the data Flowting has about you.
How to get it
- Go to You › Settings › Privacy › Download my data and ask for your file.
- We build it. This can take a while. We email you when it’s ready.
- Open Download my data again. We send a 6-digit code to your email. Enter it to start the download.
The code works for 10 minutes. We delete the file after 7 days. You can ask for a new file once every 30 days.
What’s in it
A zip file with your account, your profile and photos, your consents, your trips, your picks and matches, your messages, your safety actions, your support messages, your activity and your notification settings.
It doesn’t include reports other people made about you, or our ranking and face-check scores.
Didn’t ask for it?
If you get an email about your data that you didn’t expect, someone may be signed in to your account. Go to You › Settings › Signed-in devices and sign out everywhere.
