Pause and delete your account
Need a break? Pause. Want to leave? You can delete your account any time, and you have 14 days to change your mind.
Pause
Turn on Pause my profile in You › Settings.
- Nobody sees you, and your picks stop.
- Your chats stay, and nothing is deleted.
- Turn it off any time.
Incognito
Want to keep getting picks, but stay out of sight? Turn on Incognito in You › Settings › Privacy. Only people you said yes to, and your matches, can see you.
Pause and Incognito are free.
Delete your account
Go to You › Settings › Delete my account. On the web, you can also go to getflowting.com/delete, even if you can’t open the app.
- Tell us why, if you want to. It’s optional.
- Confirm. Your profile is hidden at once, and you’re signed out everywhere.
- You have 14 days to change your mind. Open Flowting with the same email and choose Keep my account.
After 14 days we delete your account and can’t bring it back. Most of your data is gone within 30 days. A few records stay longer when the law or safety needs them, like reports and ban records. Our Privacy Policy lists each one and for how long.
